Covid 19 Information

Covid 19 Protocols that we have implemented:

Please follow the steps listed below when you arrive at our facilities:

1. Go to one of the check in windows and speak to our receptionist

2. Register at one of our kiosk stations, be sure to input your cell phone number as we will be calling you with further instructions.

3. Wait in your car to complete any copay and registration questions from receptionist.

4. Second phone call will be when the nurse is ready for you to enter the clinic for your visit.

Sars-CoV2 Testing Available

• Clinical Labs (swab done onsite then sent to Clinical Labs for processing.  results in 48-72hrs.  These tests are the only tests we have available for Travel Clearance)

• NAAT *PCR or TMA 

• In House Testing (swab done AND processed inside the clinic.  results in 30-45 minutes.  These tests DO NOT clear you for travel.)

• Antigen

• Antibody

• Abbott NAAT*TMA

******Insurance billing only applicable for those who meet criteria.  All others will have to pay out of pocket.

Covid 19 Testing Discharge Instructions For Symptomatic Patients/Positive Exposure Patients

• Immediately Quarantine at home pending your test result! 

• Refer to the Department of Health information packet handed to you for instructions on how to quarantine properly.

• If medication is needed, have a friend/family member pick it up for you.

• If you have no one to pick up medication for you, call the pharmacy to get further instructions for Rx pick up.  

• Due to such a large number of testing going on we will not call you with results unless it is positive.

• If you have not received a phone call from us in 2 days, be sure to call us directly for your results.

• Clinical Labs has estimated the turnaround time for results between 48hrs and 5 days

• Doctor Notes are given upon request, request one before you leave

• if you have already left our clinic and call for a note, we will give you one AFTER your results come in. Please call ahead to request.

• IF YOUR RESULT IS POSITIVE:

• CONTINUE QUARANTINE AT HOME!!!

• Follow instructions from DOH website 

• https://health.hawaii.gov/coronavirusdisease2019/what-you-can-do/if-you-become-sick/

• Prescription pickup, Follow same protocols listed above for pickup.

• CONTACT YOUR PCP

• IF SYMPTOMS WORSEN CALL 911 AND INFORM THEM YOU HAVE COVID 19 AND NEED ASSISTANCE

• If another doctors note is required, call our clinic to request one. We will send it to you through the mail.
